Returns

We hope you are happy with your Lost + Found purchase. If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you can do so any time before dispatch.

If you have decided you would like to return your order, you have 14 days from receipt of the order as long as the item is in its original condition. We cannot accept the return of items that are in an open or used condition for hygiene reasons. We do not cover the cost of shipping if you want to return your items. We suggest you send your order back in the box it was shipped in and recommend you obtain proof of postage.
